AXAF Project Science:
PIGS Spot Measurement

------------------------------------------------------------------

The diameter of the PIGS exit port and the width of an intervening vertical slit define the spot of the PIGS to be nominally a rectangle with dY=0.50 mm and dZ=6.25 mm. The spot should be uniform across its width, but exhibits some variations in the vertical direction. A pinhole image of the PIGS spot, synthesized using the FPC500 mapper, characterizes this vertical variation. The map has been interpolated to 50 micron resolution and is given here as a 128x128 pixel image (at 50 microns/pixel.) The ascii table format is 128I5. The array elements (row, column) correspond to (facility y,z).
